Bacon Wrapped Figs with Balsamic Reduction
slightly adapted from Everyday PaleoDried mission figs

1/3 cup balsamic vinegarPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bacon into pieces and wrap each fig with one. Place seam down on a baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Pour balsamic vinegar into small saucepan. Heat over medium low heat until reduced to a syrupy consistency. Remove figs from oven and plate. Drizzle balsamic over figs and serve.

Figs are becoming one of my favorite things to eat. Wrapping them in bacon and adding a balsamic reduction will make them THAT much more addicting!
