Bacon Wrapped Figs with Balsamic Reduction
slightly adapted from Everyday Paleo

Dried mission figs
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bacon into pieces and wrap each fig with one. Place seam down on a baking sheet. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Pour balsamic vinegar into small saucepan. Heat over medium low heat until reduced to a syrupy consistency. Remove figs from oven and plate. Drizzle balsamic over figs and serve.

  1. Figs are becoming one of my favorite things to eat. Wrapping them in bacon and adding a balsamic reduction will make them THAT much more addicting!
