It’s Fiesta Friday! I could definitely go for these tonight…with a margarita or two…
Even when you make this low carb (notice the low carb tortillas from Trader Joe’s, and no rice!) they’re still delicious! And don’t forget the sriracha on top, like I almost did…whoops!

Beef & Bean Burritos
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 can refried beans
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream, diced avocado, chopped scallions, salsa, etc…
Add spices to beef and onion in a pan and brown. Lower heat and add beans. Stir and let cook for about 10 minutes.
Add mixture to tortilla and roll. Top with shredded cheddar and other desired toppings.
