Bunny Bark

Well, it was a wonderful yet exhausting weekend!  We hosted our families on both Saturday and Sunday.  2 egg hunts, 2 different pasta courses, 3 meats, several sides and apps, and 5 desserts later…I am WIPED.  Still, we love every minute of it.

This quick and easy dessert that was a HUGE hit with the kids and adults is the perfect blog post to write as I am about to pass out. Like most barks, it takes just minutes to throw together, makes a good amount and is always a crowd pleaser. I’m glad I have leftovers in the fridge!

20 vanilla Oreos, broken into pieces
2 cups pretzels, broken into pieces
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate spring M&Ms
24 ounces white chocolate chips
sprinkles

Cover baking sheets with wax paper. Sprinkle cookie pieces, pretzels and half of the M&Ms evenly over them.

Melt white chocolate chips in microwave safe bowl, first for one minute, then stir, then another minute or so, adding a bit of heavy cream if necessary. Drizzle chocolate over cookie mixture. Add remaining M&Ms on top, followed by sprinkles.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before breaking into pieces. Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
