Easy Cheesy Spinach

I figured I’d squeeze in one more quick side dish for Thanksgiving, just incase anyone’s looking for ideas…


And now, back to baking 😉 Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Easy Cheesy Spinach

2 tablespoons butter
1 onion, chopped
1 cup (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
20 ounces frozen spinach, cooked and drained very well
1 teaspoon nutmeg
salt and pepper

Heat butter in a pan, then add onion and cook until soft. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Fold in spinach and stir until combined. If dry, add a bit of water at a time. Stir in nutmeg and season with salt and pepper. Serve.
