Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Bars
from Six Sisters’ Stuff
1 cup butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 15 sheets ground in food processor)
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 cup + 4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar and 1 cup peanut butter in a mixer on medium speed. Mix until well blended, then evenly press into an ungreased 9×13 pan.
Melt chocolate and remaining peanut butter in microwave, stirring every 45 seconds until smooth. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Refrigerate for at least one hour, then cut into bars.
