Have I mentioned how much I love summer? There are many different reasons why, but one of the main ones is the food. Love summer food! Anything grilled makes me happy.
Make this chicken today, tomorrow, this weekend…I don’t care when…just MAKE it. You won’t regret it 🙂
Grilled Buttermilk Chicken
from Martha Stewart4 cups buttermilk
15 garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup fresh rosemary
salt and pepper
3 pounds chicken thighsCombine buttermilk, garlic, and spices. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour marinade on top. Make sure both sides of chicken is coated. Refrigerate for 4-24 hours, turning occasionally.
Heat grill to medium and lightly oil grates. Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Grill for 10-15 minutes on each side.

This looks fabulous-I’m always looking for new ways to season grilled chicken and this is perfect! Thanks for sharing!
