How was everyone’s weekend? Rainy one here. Can’t complain though, since we’ve had some pretty amazing weather lately.
This is a great snack to whip up in a moment’s notice. Healthy, too! Great with apples, graham crackers, animal crackers, pretzels…even a piece of chocolate (hmmm, why didn’t I think of that before…).
Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip
slightly adapted from Simply Southern
1 (5.3 ounce) container nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
a few shakes of cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
